Garlic Scape Salt - 85g

From the tender shoots of our Red Russian Garlic bulbs, picked in early summer.  The garlic scape has a deliciously mild garlic, onion, and chive flavour, a delicate enhancement for any dish.  This is our go-to seasoning for stir fries, omelettes, and pasta primavera.
